<p>The rotary engine with two-stage compression is an internal combustion engine in which a rotor sliding with a roll onto the cylinder internal surface is mounted onto an eccentric and an inlet of combustion gases into the cylinder is controlled by the distribution damper of gases. The compression of the combustion mixture or air takes place in the engine operated by a two-stage piston compressor, consisting of the cylinder of the first compression stage and in a cylinder block of the second compression stage, where there are at least two cylinders. This solution enables the reduction of friction losses in the engine and increases engine reliability.</p> |
