The present invention relates to a device for displaying information in particular, but not exclusively, comprising an upper horizontal stand sectio n (11) and a lower horizontal stand section (12) spaced vertically from said upper horizontal stand section, a vertically extening rod (13) which is preferably adustable in the direction of its longitudinal axis and the other end of which is connected to the lower horizontal stand sections (12), where in the stand sections (11, 12) form an upper and a lower limitation for a preferably flexible information carrier (14) tensioned there between. The characteristic features of the invention is seen to lie in the inclusion of respective upper and lower horizontal stand sectiosn (11 and 12) of mutually identical profiled elements which are constructed on at least one long side for releasably accommodating mutually opposide ends of the preferably flexib le information carriers (14), wherein respective profiled elements are detachab ly connected to respective upper and lower parts of the vertical rod (13).</SDO AB>
