A roller-and-walking-shoe is disclosed wherein the skating means which can selectively retract or unfold is mounted in the sole of the shoe. Link levers, positioning arms, rear support members, front support members, two pari of roller and torsion springs are mounted at two sides of the base of the skating means related to a pivotal axle by a lever and a pin. A regulating mechanism which is composed of a locking means, a pivotal axle, a pawl, a torsion spring, a pullback spring and a handspike is mounted on the top of shoe base. The shoe can be switched between unfolding condition and retracitng condition by pushing the handspike of the regulating mechanism. The shoe is easy to operate.
