<p>The invention discloses a new polypeptide- T1/ST2 receptor binding protein 10.23, the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide, and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant DNA technology. It also discloses methods of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various diseases, such as immune disorders, inflammation, and tumor. This invention also discloses antagonist against said polypeptide and thereof therapy uses.
