The invention further relates to configurations for carrying out the inventive method. In a method of the above-described kind dispersion directions are predetermined for the light emitted by the image elements alpha ij, said directions being subject to the wavelength. The dispersion directions intersect in an observation area where the viewer is located in a large number of intersections that correspond to the observation positions.
