PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-tight zipper capable of securing complete liquid- tightness even in a range in which a zipper slider exists by a relative simple structure. SOLUTION: Elastomer limited into such a size as to smoothly guide a slider 10 on a guide edge 14 and for securing pressing force required for sealing is provided on connecting ends of a pair of zipper support tapes 2, 3 of a liquid- tight zipper 1. A flexible U-shaped cam 21 having suitable flexibility and to be engaged with the lower surface of an upper plate 12 of the slider 10 is formed between separating sides of the zipper support tapes 2, 3 from engaging member rows 4, 5 of the connecting ends, and therefore, the smooth movement of the slider 10 to the connecting ends of the support tapes 2, 3 and reliable sealing performance are secured. |
