PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making light emitting device mounting structure to footwear, capable of being easily mounted to the footwear, capable of easily changing a power supply, and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this light emitting device mounting structure to footwear, a mounting recessed part 2 is provided on the bottom part of a footwear body 1, a pedestal body 3 to be fitted to the mounting recessed part 2 from below the footwear body 1 is provided, and the pedestal body 3 is detachably attached and fixed to the mounting recessed part 2 through fixing means 4. A housing part 9 for housing a light emitting device 8 having a power supply 5, a control circuit part 6 and a light source 7 is provided on the pedestal body 3. When the pedestal body 3 is attached and fixed to the mounting recessed part 2 through the fixing means 4, the light emitting device 8 is housed in the housing part 9.
