PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tying band with improved handling properties and safety during operation. SOLUTION: The tying band 1 consists of a stretch film or a wrap film. Tying is performed by winding the tying band 1 while it is pulled on an arbitrary position of an electric wire 3 tied up into a bundle prepared by tying up the electric wire 2. When it is tied up again, tying again is performed by piling up the tying band 1 while it is pulled.
