PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a connecting pin for shock absorber in a hollow suspension arm having upper and lower arm plates welded to each other capable of solving such problems that, when the width of an arm body is increased, the connecting pin for shock absorber must be installed through the entire width of the arm body, whereby, the size and mass of the pins are increased. SOLUTION: The connecting pins 41 of the shock absorber 47 is curved to form a pin part 42 and a leg part 43. When the pin part and the leg part are welded to an arm body 3, the pin part 42 is passed through the side wall part 6 of the arm body 3, and the passed position is welded. Also, the leg part 43 with a direction changed in the arm body 3 is welded to the lower arm plate 2 or the upper arm plate 1.
