PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated packaging material which has an antistatic function and the same transparency as a usual transparent laminated material using EVOH and is not accompanied by a cost increase, but usable enough on a commercial basis, by a constitution using a metal oxide vapor deposition film and which is more excellent in gas barrier properties, particularly in water vapor barrier properties, than a constitution using the EVOH and is transparent. SOLUTION: A metal oxide vapor deposition layer 3 is provided on one surface of a base 2, and a coating layer 4, a layer 6 of an adhesive containing a surfactant and a sealant layer 5 are provided in this sequence on the vapor deposition layer 3.
