<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot oil treatment device of a hot oil circulation type which can perform a hot oil treatment by infiltrating hot oil into a material to be treated such as a food stuff and a waste material from all around, and perform a decompression treatment under a low-pressure or vacuum condition consecutively after the hot oil treatment. SOLUTION: This hot oil treatment device 1 includes a hot oil treatment tower 2 in which a material to be treated D1 is supplied into hot oil O from a supplying hole 2a at the lower part and goes up together with hot oil O, and until going up to the top, the hot oil treatment can be performed, and a decompression treatment flow passage 3 which can perform the decompression treatment while flowing downstream hot oil overflowing from the hot oil treatment tower 2 and the material to be treated D2 and is connected to the top of the decompression treatment tower 2, and a hot oil collection tower 4 whose top part is connected to the downstream side of the decompression flow passage 3 and collects hot oil O flowed from the decompression treatment flow passage 3, and a circulation flow passage 6 which circulates the collected hot oil to the hot oil treatment tower 2.</p> |
