PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for in-mold decorating injection molding, in which light-transmissive parts such as scale nameplates for measuring instruments can be fitted and fixed at the same time of in-mold decorating injection molding, and a strain, a slope and a positional shift or the like are not caused. SOLUTION: Such a male mold 30 is prepared that a projecting part 31c for forming a window is provided to form a window opening 1B in the rear side of light- transmissive parts in the molded body 1P of an injected resin. Also, the light- transmissive parts are arranged in the cavity 13 of a female mold 12 and a foil decorating sheet 2 is supplied on the parting face 14 of the female mold and fixed and held by a clamping means. Thereafter, the foil decorating sheet 2 is stretched so as to be stuck along the cavity 13 of the female mold 12 and mold clamping is performed. A resin is injected and filled in the inside of the molding cavity and the molded body 1P of the injected resin is integrated with the foil decorating sheet 2. A laminated product is taken out and the part blocking the window opening 1B out of the foil decorating sheet 2 covering the surface of the molded body 1P of the injected resin is removed and the light-penetrating part of the light-transmissive parts is exposed. |
