PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup cosmetic imparting sufficient feeling in use and, at the same time, having excellent skin-improving effect such as correcting the unevenness of the skin, and exhibiting natural transparent feeling, tenseness and gloss. SOLUTION: The makeup cosmetic contains the following components (A) to (C), and has formulation ratios (weight ratio) of (A)/[(B)+(C)]=(10/90) to (90/10) and (B)/(C)=(5/95) to (95/5). (A) Compound powder prepared by using flaky powder as a substrate and covering the surfaces of the substrates with spherical powder in such a manner that the compound powder has a composition ratio (mass ratio) of spherical powder/flaky powder = (80/20) to (20/80). (B) Pearllike gloss-having pigment coated with a colored pigment. (C) Powder having the ratio of the short diameter to the long diameter (short diameter/long diameter)=(1/1) to (1/20) and the ratio of the thickness to the long diameter (thickness/ long diameter)<=1/10 in each powdery particle.
