PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart work by safely releasing an emergency stop state of a work device based on detection of an abnormality. SOLUTION: A work vehicle is composed of a high lift work device comprising a swivel base 3, a boom 4, etc., disposed on the vehicle, an operation lever 11, a controller 10 to control actuation of the swivel base 3 and the boom 4 in accordance with operation by the operation lever 11, an actuation control valve 25, and hydraulic actuators 7, 8, and 9. On the controller 10, an emergency stop part 10a, and an abnormality detection part 10b to detect an abnormality in an actuation control system are provided, and an alarm device 21 and a display device 22 are provided to compose a safety device. When an abnormality in the actuation control system is detected, actuation of the boom 4, etc., is stopped by the emergency stop part 10b, alarm actuation is performed by the alarm device 21, actuation of the work device when actuation is restarted is predicted, and the contents of the prediction is displayed by the display device.
