PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with an O-ring as a slip friction engagement means at a supply and winding part in a coating film transfer device, reduce the number of parts, and reduce labor for assemblage. SOLUTION: In this coating film transfer device in which an unused coating film transfer tape wound around a supply reel is fed to be wound around a winding reel to a transfer head 10 disposed on a tip of the transfer device by driving a supply gear 5 and a winding gear 6 included in a transfer device body to be engaged with each other, an inwardly protruded protrusion 19 in a circular form for friction engagement is molded by integral molding of elastomer material on the inner side of a supply reel collar 16 to be engaged with a boss 7 of the supply gear 5.
