PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement adapted to prevent falling down at the time of parking a bicycle. SOLUTION: A bent member 1 made of bar shaped material is combined with an L type part 2 to be mounted on a bracket for holding front basket 4. When the bicycle is parked, rotation of a handle by weight of a front basket is sandwiched by a curved part 6a or 6b for being fixed on a frame 7 to prevent falling down. When the bicycle starts, moving a handle makes the implement rotate upward for releasing automatically fixing by the workings of spring.
