PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide absorptive goods the production process of which does not become complicated and there is no obstacle in the operation of wearing or taking-off in confirming urinary excretion. SOLUTION: This absorptive goods are made up by laminating a top sheet 13 and a back-sheet 21 both made of a heat-fused non woven fabric an absorber 22 there between. A male-type engagement piece 5 is set to the absorber side of a wing piece 41a extending in the left and right directions at the back portion of the absorptive goods. The wing piece 41a is overlapped with it to be folded back in a way that the male-type engagement piece 55 is wrapped in and a part of the wing piece 41a is temporarily heat-fused to the top sheet 13.
