NETWORK SERVER, METHOD FOR PROVIDING COMMUNICATION SERVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network server, a communication service providing method and a storage medium for realizing various kinds of chat services by setting up a speaking condition in each of a plurality of areas for speech made to simultaneously participate from a plurality of communication terminals. SOLUTION: The network server for providing communication service to a plurality of communication terminals, accessed via communication network is provided with a speech area setting means for setting a plurality of speech areas allowed to simultaneously participate from a plurality of communication terminals; a speaking condition setting means for setting a speaking condition in each speech area set in the speaking area setting means and a control means for comparing the speaking condition of each speech area set in the speaking condition setting means, with speech contents transmitted from the communication terminal and controlling the speaking state of the communication terminal participating in each speech area.
