PURPOSE: A foaming aid used in foaming of electric furnace slag is provided to foaming efficiency by increasing viscosity of electric furnace slag. CONSTITUTION: In a slag foaming method in which oxygen and carbon particles with a size of 2 to 4 mm are injected into electric furnace slag via lance in an injection ratio of 22.7 Nm¬3/t·slag to 15.5 kg/t·slag, the method is characterized in that an AOD stainless steel slag comprising 60 wt.% or less of CaO, 30 wt.% or less of SiO2 and 10 wt.% or less of other elements is injected along with the carbon particles.
