SOLUTION: Positional information transmitting apparatuses 21, 22 receive positional information from a user for storage. The user can enter positional information from information input devices 31, 32 into the positional information transmitting apparatuses 21, 22 via network or direct connection. The positional information apparatuses 21, 22 transmit the positional information to a portable terminal 10.
