PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image-processing control method and a recording medium in which the circuit scale can be reduced, while preventing deterioration of image quality by controlling the processing method optimally. SOLUTION: A processing method control section 7 comprises a switching circuit 9 and a decision circuit 8. Input image data from a filtering section 6 is fed to the input terminal of the switching circuit 9, having one output terminal connected with a binarization section 14 and the other output terminal connected with a resolution converting section 12. Furthermore, the switching circuit 9 is provided with a control terminal, and for example, when it is controlled to a high level, the input image data is fed to the resolution converting section 12. When it is controlled to low level, the input image data is not fed to the resolution converting section 12 nor to a magnification varying section 13 but is fed, as is, to the binarization section 14. |
