SOLUTION: This monitor is provided with an image input part 113 receiving an image photographing a monitor area, a pattern designation part 121 receiving the input of a monitor pattern, a comparison part 125 comparing the image received by the image input part 113 with the pattern received by the pattern designation part 121, and an alarm part 129 issuing an alarm based on the comparison results by the comparison part 125.
