PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct authentication and/or reading/writing with simple commands without requiring to describe the management information on a card in a program code in parallel with an operation. SOLUTION: A card body used for authentication and/or the reading/writing of data comprises a key information setting section setting the key information used for authentication and/or the encipherment of transmission data and an operation section describing the authentication and/or a data reading/writing operation separately from the key information. Since the setting of the key information and the operation to the card are separated, the key information is not required to be described on an authentication function with the card, and the authentication and/or reading/writing of the card can be realized by simple commands.
