PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily utilize an ordinary telephone line or an ordinary computer network line for communicating a stereoscopic image generated from an image obtained by at least two video cameras. SOLUTION: In the image converter device C, each video frame image in at least two cameras is simultaneously set to input information, and each video frame image is joined for converting to the form of one frame of a computer image. The converted information can be easily stored into the internal memory of the computer as the image information of the computer via the image-fetching device in the ordinary computer.
