PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply maintenance information on facility units at optimum timing not only in a case when a customer desires but also in a case when the customer forgets it. SOLUTION: In a system where a management server for individual houses 1 having a facility unit data base 15 storing data on the facility units and a data base for individual houses 16 which stores information on the facility units installed in a building by individual houses is connected to customer terminals 2 which are installed in the respective buildings and receive the supply of information on the facility units from the management server by individual houses 1 through a communication network N. The management server for individual houses 1 is provided with: a means for taking out associated information on the facility units from the facility unit data base 15 on the basis of the selection instruction of the facility units which is transmitted from the customer terminal 2 and transmitting it to the customer terminal 2; and a means for discriminating the maintenance period of the various facility units on the basis of information on the facility units which is stored in the data base by individual houses 16 and transmitting information on maintenance to the customer terminal 2. |
