PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an insulated stator winding for a dynamo-electric machine that guarantees insulation of the stator winding for the duration of a prescribed lifetime of the dynamo-electric machine, by forming a main insulation part to a conductor bar having a square cross section. SOLUTION: The method is implemented with the steps of a) to insert the conductive rod having an edge into an injection mold, b) to center the conductor bars in the injection mold and, thereby to form a void for housing an insulation material between the conductive rod and the injection mold, and c) to fill the void with an elastomer that forms the main insulation part. |
