PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce installation area and vibration transmission from a reactor to a capacitor by enabling mounting a reactor vessel on a capacitor vessel, when a capacitor is at least a special class. SOLUTION: This capacitor/reactor linkage device is provided with a thick- walled upper plate 2 of a capacitor vessel 1 into which insulating oil is sealed, a thick-walled upper plate flange part 3 at the periphery of the upper plate 2, an annular thin-walled gap plate 4 which is fixed to the peripheral edge of the upper surface of the upper plate flange part 3 by welding, a reactor vessel 6 which is mounted on one side of a thick-walled bottom plate 5 and into which insulating oil is sealed, an aperture 7 formed on the other side of the bottom plate 5, a discharge coil vessel 8 whose bottom part is interconnected with the aperture 7 on the other side of the bottom plate 5, a thick-walled bottom plate flange part 9 at the periphery of the bottom plate 5 whose lower surface is fixed to the upper surface of the gap plate 4 by welding, and insulating oil sealed in the discharge coil vessel 8 and a gap 10 between the upper plate 2 and the bottom plate 5.
