PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a spike noise and inhibit a leakage of light-emission to an inconspicuous degree without requiring a troublesome external-attachment work of a capacitor. SOLUTION: A fluorescent display tube is provided with a envelope; a fluorescent display part formed on an inner surface of a substrate constituting a part of the envelope; a control electrode positioned above the fluorescent display part and connected to an internal attachment pattern 13 formed on the inner surface of the substrate; and a cathode arranged above the control electrode. The control electrode is subsequently scanned to turn ON and a selection signal is inputted to an anode of the fluorescent display part at the timing of ON of the control electrode to be subjected to dynamic driving. An anode wiring 3 of the fluorescent display part is escaped from below the internal attachment pattern 13 and is formed on an inner surface of the substrate.
