PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key switch device capable of reducing the thickness of a guide and support with link members folded to each other, and capable of smoothly lowering a key top without rotating in plan view when the key top is pressed. SOLUTION: A locking bar 53 and locking pins 55 and 56 of a link 47 are arranged in line around a shaft body 52 in side view, and a locking bar 61 and locking pins 63 and 64 of a link member 48 are arranged in line around a shaft hole 60 in side view, the locking pins 55 and 56 of the link member 47 are locked in a sliding groove 68 of a locking part 66, and in this condition, an outer surface of a plate-like body 49 of the link member 47 is brought into contact with an inner surface of the locking part 66.
