<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, capable of automatically acquiring an electronic information file and charging for the use of the file by utilizing a mail system. SOLUTION: Whether the electronic information file is to be attached to a piece of mail received at an E-mail address related to an electronic information file is judged by a response authenticating program; and when the propriety of the attachment is judged, the mail address of the transmitting source is recorded as a distribution result and a charger can be determined on the basis of the record. The electronic information file can be automatically acquired by transmitting a return mail, by using an automatic response program and automatically attaching the file by using an E information file attaching program.</p> |
