PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the trouble to get accustomed to an operation by providing information regarding the operation. SOLUTION: It is assumed that the work of some individual or organization conforms to an operation process (PROCESS 11) and that the individual operations in it consists of: material or immaterial input information (INPUT 12), such as customer's utterances, documents, and data, inputted to the organization or individual; a system group (SYSTEM 13) receiving, managing, processing, and outputting the input information; and material output information (OUTPUT 14) which is the results of the individual operations and may constitute inputs to a next operation. On the basis of this assumption, this operation support apparatus presents information regarding the listing of INPUT 12, SYSTEM 13, and OUTPUT 14 related to PROCESS 11 and a means for accessing INPUT 21, SYSTEM 13, and OUTPUT 14. |
