PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new questionnairing method which can easily and speedily make a research by questionnaires at low cost and enables examinees of the questionnaires to fill out a questionnaire at convenient free time. SOLUTION: A monitor DB, a questionnaire content DB, and a questionnaire answer DB are so structured that a server system 1 can refer to them, the server system 1 runs a Web server for distributing a Web page for answering a questionnaire to a client system 21 that each monitor has, and mail showing that a questionnaire is made is distributed from the server system 1 to client monitors 21 that respective monitors have. To evade the distribution of much mail to the monitors, a schedule for questionnaires is adjusted. The mail is not distributed to monitors who are not object persons of the questionnaires. |
