PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the worker's trouble for work allocation. SOLUTION: A web server 11 accepts access made by a worker using an Internet terminal 3 and registers a desired worker's shift as the worker indicates. The web server 11 accepts access of an employer using an Internet terminal 4 and reports the registration state of desired shifts by workers to the employer. The web server 11 reports arbitrary report items regarding work allocation made by the employer according to the reported registration state of the desired shifts by the workers to a mail server 12 and also informs a mail server 12 that the employer specifies workers to be informed of the report items. The mail server 12, on receiving the report from the web server 11, generates and sends electronic mail showing the specified report items to the specified workers through the Internet 2. |
