PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set battery main body 1 easy to manufacture and low in cost. SOLUTION: A polypropylene battery jar 12 and a polypropylene cover 13 containing a bromine flame retardent are used. A control valve type lead accumulator 2 is manufactured by thermally welding the cover 13 on the battery jar 12 after inserting an electrode plate group in the battery jar 12, and the set battery main body 1 is manufactured by using the control valve type lead accumulator 2.
