PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive composite wiring system that can distribute a signal received by an antenna without the need for a new wire in wireless communication and wireless broadcast. SOLUTION: The composite wiring system is provided with an antenna 2, a MODEM 4 that demodulates a signal received by an antenna 2, a PLC(Power Line Control) MODEM 6 that modulates a signal demodulated by the MODEM 4 corresponding to a modulation system of power carrier line control, a PLC multiplexer 7 that multiplexes the signal modulated by the PLC MODEM on a low frequency power signal transmitted through a power line for the transmission, and a signal demodulation MODEM 9 that extracts the power and the signal from a branched power line 8 branched from the power line via the PLC multiplexer 7.
