PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down-sized digital/analog converter and a liquid crystal driver using it that can suppress a rapid increase in number of circuit components and the manufacture cost even when the number of voltages required for multi-gradation of display increases. SOLUTION: The digital/analog converter 10 that converts an N-bit digital signal into 2N sets of analog signals is provided with a reference voltage generating circuit 18 that generates a reference voltage in 2A+1 sets of voltage levels, a reference voltage selection circuit 16a that selects two reference voltages whose voltage levels are adjacent to each other according to A-bits of the digital signal, a generating voltage selection circuit 16b that selects one interpolation voltage according to (N-A)-bits of the digital signal from preset 2N-A-1 sets of interpolation voltages between the two reference voltage levels, and a voltage follower circuit 17 that generates the interpolation voltage on the basis of the two reference voltages through linear interpolation.
