PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor switch circuit and a semiconductor device that can keep a sufficient isolation characteristic even when the semiconductor switch circuit and the semiconductor device process a high frequency signal with a high frequency. SOLUTION: The semiconductor switch circuit and the semiconductor device are characterized in that they have a first semiconductor switch element connected and placed between first and second terminals, a second semiconductor switch element whose one terminal is connected to either of the first and second terminals, and an open stub connected to the other terminal of the second semiconductor switch element. |
