PURPOSE: A repeating apparatus between a digital unit and an RF(Radio Frequency) unit of a BS(Base Station) is provided to perform a function of a repeater in the RF unit by performing a remote interface between the digital unit and the RF unit. CONSTITUTION: The first repeater(320) connects to a digital unit(310) and converts a signal transmitted and received between the digital unit(310) and an RF unit(370) to be suitable for remote transmission and receipt. The second repeater(350) connected to the RF unit(370) and converts a signal transmitted and received between the RF unit(370) and the digital unit(310) to be suitable for remote transmission and receipt. An optical cable(340) connects the first repeater(320) to the second repeater(350).
