PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information communication controller and an image-forming device which can reduce the consumption of paper resources, while reducing the burden of the user by facilitating operation of the user himself, even in the case of transmitting a manuscript image provided with an image of a water mark or the like. SOLUTION: This system includes a manuscript reading means for reading the image information of a manuscript, a storage means for storing image information; a communication means for at least transmitting the image information of the storage means via a communication network; an operation means which at least operates the start of the transmitting action of the image information by the communication means; and an image information compositing and transmission controlling means for automatically performing the control of starting the read of the image information, on the basis of the operation by the operation means, and superposing other image information stored beforehand in the storage means on this image information, thereby forming a composite image, and at least, transmitting the image information composed by the communication means and other image information. |
