PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data use system which facilitates the registration, retrieval, etc., of data and can control access according to a user. SOLUTION: Registration data to be edited are retrieved by using attribute information as index information on the data and an editing process is selected in a detailed display picture. Once the editing picture is confirmed (S521), information on a registerer capable of allowing editing is obtained from an attribute information table and the information generated by adding editor information thereto is displayed in the picture (S522). Then correcting operation is started, the corrected attribute information is recorded in the attribute information table, and the correction work is recorded in a history table (S523). The edited substantial data are overwritten and saved in a substantial data storage area (S524). The added substantial data are newly saved in the substantial data storage area (S525) and the editing process is completed (S526). |
