PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector fitting structure constituted so as to mount a slider in a slider storage chamber provided in either of one set of a female connector and a male connector without causing looseness. SOLUTION: In this connector fitting structure 1, the slider 4 provided with a first slide member 21, a second slide member 22, and a compression spring 23 is mounted in the slider storage chamber 11 provided in a housing 5 constituting the male connector 2. A pair of locking projections 45, 45 are provided on both side faces of the first slide member 21, and a pair of slider locking parts 46, 46 are provided on wall faces on both sides of the slider storage chamber 11. Consequently, when the slider 4 is mounted, the locking projections 45 are locked in the slider locking parts 46 to prevent their coming out. Furthermore, since the first slide member 21 is energized by the compression spring 23, the locking projections 45 come into pressure-contact with the slider locking parts 46, thereby surely preventing the occurrence of abnormal sound.
