PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business management system which can manage business by converting commerce dealing amounts into account reference currency from various combinations of commerce and foreign exchange dealings by reflecting one or more foreign exchange rates and flexibly manage the excessive state of insufficient state of foreign exchange dealing amounts based upon the commerce amounts when the business is managed by regarding the commerce based upon foreign currency and foreign exchange dealings as a series of relative dealings. SOLUTION: Client computers 12 and a server machine 20 are connected on a network and this system has a commerce data storage means, a foreign exchange dealing data storage means, an account reference currency converting function, a commerce data output function, and a foreign exchange dealing data output function. A business department stores a commerce data file 24 and a foreign exchange dealing data file 26 according to a business plan and the implementation state of commerce. Then an account reference currency converting program 30 converts the commerce amount into account reference currency on the basis of the related foreign exchange dealing data and stores it in the commerce data file 24. |
