PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently sort, confirm and manage data in simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the facsimile equipment 1, the output timing of data of each opposite party terminal which transmits data, which is not urgent to output, to the equipment is previously set and registered in an output managing table 17. A control part 3 stores the data which is transmitted from the opposite party terminal registered in the table 17 and received by a communication part 5, in a storing part 6 without outputting just after receiving it. Furthermore, the part 3 makes an output part 7 collectively output one or plural pieces of the received data which are transmitted from the opposite party terminal and stored in the part 6, by each registered opposite party terminal when the set and registered outputting timing concerning the opposite destination terminal comes. Thus, sorting, confirming and managing of the received data by the unit of the opposite party terminal become easy.
