PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic echo canceller device that can easily cope with revision of a loudspeaking environment of an opposite party even when the loudspeaking environment of the opposite party is revised by quickly completing re-adjustment of an input output level estimated to be caused after an actual operation and conducting adjustment in a conference among a plurality of points entirely be remote control. SOLUTION: The acoustic echo canceller device 20 is provided with an operation display section 25 that receives operation information of other acoustic echo canceller, a signal generating section 51 that generates new operation information from the received operation information, a signal transmission section 44 that converts the operation information into that of a prescribed signal form and transmits the result, a signal analysis section 52 that analyzes the operation information transmitted in the prescribed signal form to generate new operation information, and a control section 53 that controls each section on the basis of the new operation information. The acoustic echo canceller device 20 transmits the operation information operated by the operation display section 25 to the other acoustic echo canceller.
