PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC which is made applicable to different power supply voltages without changing the pattern of the IC. SOLUTION: For a standard power supply voltage specification, a system power supply VCC applied to a lead frame 1 is given to a pad 11 through a wire 2, reduced to a prescribed internal power supply voltage IVCC by a reduced power supply circuit 20 and supplied to a memory circuit 40 or the like located in the IC from an internal node N1. For a low power supply specification, pads 11 and 12 are connected to the lead frame 1 through wires 2 and 3, respectively. Thus, the system power supply VCC having the same voltage of the voltage IVCC applied to the frame 1 is given to the pad 12 through the wire 3 and the power supply is supplied to the circuit 40 or the like located in the IC from the node N1.
