PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic agent composition which exhibits an excellent antistatic effect equal to or higher than that of a conventional composition, hardly evaporates or scatters in kneading and molding or in long-time use at a high temperature (e.g. 120 deg.C), and hence does not deposit on an ambient transparent substance and does not cause a bad influence such as fogging. SOLUTION: This composition contains, as the main ingredients, a thermoplastic resin and an antistatic agent which is an alkylamidoamine derivative represented by formula (1) (wherein R is a 3-21C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; AO is a 2-4C oxyalkylene group; x is an integer of 1-8; and m and n are each a real number satisfying the relations: m>0, n>0, and 1<=m+n<=10).
