PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member of steel bars for secondary lining and a steel bars supporting structure of secondary lining which is independent of a segment bolt length, and eliminates unnecessary works for the segment. SOLUTION: In a state where a hole 3a of a first plate member 3 is engaged with one end of the segment bolt 12, a male thread part 6a of a threaded rod member 6 is inserted in a hole 3c. Likewise a second plate member 3 is engaged with the other end of the bolt 12 so as to interpose a shank 6b between the two plate members 3. And, a reinforcing bar 20 is supported by fitting the bar 20 to notching part 3b of the two plate members 3 inwardly protruded.
