PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspending metal fitting for a ceiling suspending bolt capable of stably supporting the suspending bolt with the lapse of time by improving a lower seat fitted and joined to a female screw shaft as a body. SOLUTION: In this suspending metal fitting installed by being inserted from above into an installing hole bored in a deck plate, the suspending metal fitting is formed by fitting and installing an upper seat for pressing down the port edge of the installing hole from above by resiliency and the lower seat for receiving the edge by the upper seat from below as the pressing-down reaction to and on the female screw shaft as the body for threadably attaching the ceiling suspending bolt, and the lower seat is formed in a cylindrical shape by a corrosion resistant metal such as stainless steel, and plural seat valves for receiving the port edge are formed so as to correspond to the insertion by elastic deformation, and an annular recessed groove is arranged on the outer periphery of the female screw shaft for installing the lower seat, and a calking part joined to the annular recessed groove is formed in a fitting part of the lower seat by press working.
