PURPOSE: Exercise shoes are provided to help a user to conveniently wear the shoes for a long time without feeling the fatigue by absorbing the shock in stages during the walking. CONSTITUTION: In the exercise shoes for the absorption of the shock having a bottom sole(1) integrated with a middle sole, the middle sole is divided into a hard layer(2) and a soft layer(3). The hard layer has a coupling recess(5) on the heel portion thereof, and a convex-concave type cushion portion(4) is coupled to the coupling groove(5). The soft layer to be coupled with the hard layer is formed with plural linear transverse grooves(8,8') on the front part and the rear part respectively, and plural air tubes(6,7) are inserted in the linear transverse grooves(8,8').
