PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roller which enables obtaining a satisfactory picture and keeping the satisfactory picture over a long term and a developing device using the said developing roller. SOLUTION: This developing roller is constituted in such a manner that a semiconductive resin layer 1 is formed on the outer periphery of the roller comprising conductive resin, a thin layer comprising one-component developer is carried on the surface of the semiconductive resin layer, in such a state, the roller is brought into contact or close vicinity to a latent image holder, the developer is supplied to the surface of the latent holder and, therein, the roller comprising conductive resin contains polyamide resin as a resin component. Thus, this developing roller is made of the conductive resin composition which contains conductive material and this developing device loads this developing roller therein. |
